I remember Springboard and Med cruises. Retired as a PNC after 21 yrs. I remember YNC Barker, YN1 Redmond and SN Torrey. CDR Lyons was the best.

cruise and finished my tour on the Gearing in
the Boston shipyard. I remember tailing
Russian ships ect.
