Just found out bmc curry passed away last month, that would be july the 7th month of 2010, odd 7/10 . He he always was a hero to me and I shall miss him.

Sailed on reserve Med Cruise in 1971. We spilled oil while refueling in Rota Spain and were never allowed to go into any port except Naples and then Rota on the way back home.

The '69 med cruise we took a few heavy rolls.
I had to go up to the bridge for an Officer's
signature and it looked like we were taking full
waves over the bridge. Everyone was holding
on to something and if it wasn't lashed down it
went flying. Shipmates were throwing up all
over the place. Oh, what memories. Kincaid,
did we take that heavy of a roll? Glad it wasn't
rough.
